Lawn Care Services

Lawn Care

We've Got You Covered:

Whether your lawn is a warm season grass such as Bermuda or Zoysia or a cool season Fescue lawn, our lawn care service programs are tailored to fit the climate we experience in the Charlotte area. Our experience and constant desire to learn new methods keeps us on the leading edge when it comes to your lawn.

Warm season lawns are very simple to manage. Thanks to the heat and drought tolerance these lawns offer, we can accomplish everything your lawn needs in an easy, seven step program. Core aeration (no seed) also provides excellent benefits to your lawns root system.  They turn brown in the winter, but some would say it’s a small price to pay given the sustainability they offer year after year.

For Fescue lawns in the Charlotte area we have to work a little harder.  Being a cool season turf, Fescue does not care for the hot and humid conditions we experience in the summer.  This stress calls for different fertilization needs, more irrigation, and yearly overseeding.

We offer two service programs for Fescue lawns.

Turf Care Tip!

The Fescue Lawn Care is a nice program; but, without fail Brown Patch Fungus attacks Fescue every summer. Once that fungus sets in there will be some discoloration and noticeable decline. The Greenskeeper program will keep that fungus away and make your lawn the envy of your neighborhood!

Lawn Care Services

Why Professional Lawn Care Services are Worth the Investment

A beautiful lawn is an important part of your home’s curb appeal. But keeping your lawn looking its best can be a lot of work and time-consuming. That’s why professional lawn care services are such a great option for homeowners who want to keep their yard looking pristine without all the hassle. Let's take a look at some of the benefits of choosing a professional lawn care service.

Time Savings

The most obvious benefit of using a professional lawn care service is the time you will save. Instead of spending hours mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control and other maintenance tasks, you can have experts come in and do it for you in less time with better results. Professional lawn care companies have specialized equipment and experience that allows them to provide superior results more quickly than the average homeowner could achieve on their own.

Money Savings

Another advantage to enlisting professional help is that it can actually save you money in the long run. Investing in quality products like fertilizer, weed control, and other treatments will ensure that your lawn looks its best now and keeps looking good over time. Moreover, since professionals know how much product should be used (and when) based on soil type and climate conditions, you won’t waste any money buying too much or too little product for your needs.

Health Benefits

Hiring a professional to maintain your yard also helps protect your family from potential health risks associated with DIY lawn care activities. Many store-bought fertilizers contain chemicals that can be hazardous to human health if not applied properly or handled incorrectly. Professionals know exactly how to use these products safely so there’s no risk involved with their services. They also know which treatments work best in different climates and environments—so they can make sure your yard stays healthy year round without any dangerous side effects to worry about!

At Advance Turf Care, we understand the importance of maintaining a beautiful, healthy lawn. That’s why we offer a wide range of professional lawn care services that are designed to keep your yard looking its best without putting any extra strain on your budget or schedule.
